This .OBJ file is a crude 3D scan, it is not perfect by any means and serves as a scaling tool for fitting 1:12 accessories and head sculpts.
This will grant you a ball park measurement to help save you time and resin/ filament, just insert the file into your preferred modeling software ( I use NOMAD SCULPT for IPad Pro, Total game changer) and build around or scale your models appropriately!
